Kia ora, In Room 12 we do a karakia and rua waiata each morning. Room 12 have been learning Te Memeha as their waiata for the the first half of this term. They are getting so good and wanted to share their waiata with you.

Unfortunatley, due to email size limits, the film is in two parts but we hope you enjoy it anyway :-)

A huge thank you to Paul Griffin for filming our performance for us. Also, a big thank you to the parents who supported by providing transport and being part of an appreciative crowd. We couldn't have done it without you.

We've been practising super hard and trying new things. Today we practised performing in front of the middle syndicate at their assembly. Here is a snippet of our performance.

Are there any waiata that you would like the Kapa Haka to sing?
